Booster Club Meeting / Information

Hi Everyone,
.
Our season is FAST approaching, we are going to have another meeting next Thursday, February 16th at 7pm.It will be in the Home of the Spartans room second floor, top of stairs room on left.It is very important that EVERYONE show up for this, we will be finishing the concession sign ups. We need the concession and gate covered for the friendlies as well as the season concession filled.
.
We will be doing another logo wear order, it will start thursday at the meeting and will go until friendlies. There is no exception on deadline this will be the LAST order.
.
We will be collecting dues at this time they are $40.00. We will also be passing out the Tervis tumblers with the Spartan Logo to those who have paid.
.
We need Bios from several senior players:If we do not have these by the end of the meeting your Bio will not be in the program. I do not want anyone left out so PLEASE make every effort to get these to us.
.
I will have the Banquet information there as well and I need someone from that committee to step up and take lead.
.
Lastly, I want this to be a VERY successful program, not just this season but all seasons to come. In order to accomplish that we need ALL parents to participate. We will be losing the entire board after this season. I want those of you who are considering stepping into these roles to let me know so that we can go over things together as they come up. I do not want anyone feeling dumped on, especially our coaches and players of future seasons. I can not stress this enough, It takes all of us to make this a success.
.
Thank you and I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you next Thursday!
.
Elisha Dolbow
